• Organizing your Gmail inbox based on the prompts you provide.
• Tracking the latest email checked to ensure efficient app operation.

• Third-Party AI APIs: We use the Gemini API to analyze your emails based on your prompts. Email content is processed temporarily by the API but not stored by us or the API provider.

5. Google Workspace APIs and AI/ML Models

We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. The data accessed via these APIs is used exclusively for organizing your Gmail inbox based on your prompts and is not retained beyond the immediate processing required for this purpose.

6. User Consent

To use SpamGenius, you must grant the app read and modify permissions for your Gmail account. This allows us to access your emails for analysis and perform actions (e.g., archiving or deleting) based on your prompts. You can revoke this consent anytime by disconnecting your Gmail account from the app.

While account data is being permanently deleted, we continue to apply the security measures described below:

SpamGenius no longer processes Gmail or collects new account data. Existing SpamGenius account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the service shutdown.

• OAuth Tokens: Revoked and permanently deleted as part of the shutdown.
• Usage Metadata: Permanently deleted with the associated account data.
• Email Content: Never stored or retained - processed temporarily only for analysis.

SpamGenius will not retain or reuse inbox, account, or associated personal data after deletion.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable. Our primary data processing occurs in the United States, and we comply with applicable data protection laws.
