How does billing work?

SpamGenius costs $5/month - less than your daily coffee! You'll be charged monthly, and you can cancel anytime with no contracts or commitments. We use Stripe for web payments and Apple In-App Purchase for iOS subscriptions.

Why isn't AI cleaning my inbox?

AI runs automatically every 10 minutes in the background. If you're not seeing changes, please check: (1) Your subscription is active, (2) You've completed the preferences questionnaire, (3) Your Gmail account is still connected. If issues persist, contact us at support@ltgai.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime with no penalties:

Web: Visit your account dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal.
iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions, select SpamGenius, and tap "Cancel Subscription".

How do I disconnect my Gmail account?

You can revoke SpamGenius's access to your Gmail account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing SpamGenius from your connected apps. You can also delete your entire SpamGenius account from the app settings.

Is my email data secure?

Absolutely. SpamGenius is Google CASA Tier 2 Verified - the highest security standard for Gmail apps. Your privacy is our priority:
